Project Brexit is seemingly progressing without a detailed plan or any plan at all. At best, our government is perhaps taking an agile and lean approach, progressing iteratively, initially with a light plan focussed on more immediate tasks based on emerging requirements that will mature along the way. This would be commendable if we were building a new product but we are not! Project Brexit is an infrastructure replatform of huge scale and no sane professional Project or Programme Manager or enterprise would progress a replatform of any size without a detailed plan shared with stakeholders. This feels utterly mind boggling naive and irresponsible.
