Foraging for Sloe Berries. (Prunus-spinosa) Spiny Plum. Blackthorn Bush. Sloes. A black marble-like fruit. The harvest is resting to ripen. Then it will be frozen and defrosted to breakdown the structure of the flesh of the fruit.
